The first preparatory seminar for students and faculty members participating in the third Owada Chair was held from 15:10 to 16:40, Monday, 25 September 2023.
In this seminar, Prof. Hisashi Owada first gave a lecture on the conflicts of international law and international politics, which is one of the main topics pursued by the Owada Chair. With this in mind, the lecture was followed by a discussion between students and faculty members in English on the theme of the reactions of various countries to the Tiananmen Square incident.
