Third Preparatory Seminar for the Fourth Owada Chair

The seminar welcomed Prof. Mitsugi Endo, the principal speaker of the fourth Owada Chair. With Prof. Hisashi Owada in attendance, students and faculty members discussed the current situation and challenges of peace operations in Africa in English, based on Prof. Endo’s article in “Human Security Revisited: 15 Perspectives” (University of Tokyo Press, 2024).
