The second preparatory seminar for students and faculty participating in the third Owada Chair was held from 15:10 to 16:40, Monday, 30 October 2023.
In this seminar, which was conducted in English in the presence of Prof. Hisashi Owada, students and faculty members discussed the case of the International Criminal Court’s response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, with a focus on the Owada Chair’s theme, “The Interface between International Law and International Relations”.
